This charter is being operated as a bareboat charter. but as this is a bareboat charter you will be asked to select a captain separately who will be paid directly by Getmyboat to ensure compliance with current regulations.  Furthermore in a fast changing market we have become experts in last minute bookings having a list of captains always available on call and in less than one hour ready to depart. (Faster than you probably getting all drinks and food ready). What You Can Expect: We cruise in the area of Golden Beach, Sunny Isles, Haulover sandbar, Oleta Park, Indian Creek. (Always within logic/reason/timing & safety issues.) (cant go to Bahamas in 2hours Being in Miami, and under micro climate situations (sometimes north is better weather than south and vice versa) we change and recommend our itinerary depending on this. SO, Golden Beach, Sunny Isles, Haulover sandbar, Oleta Park, Indian Creek. Are typical demanded locations. We can do 1, 2 ,3 or as many stops as you desire (again within timing reason) so you can properly enjoy your “Tailor-Made” trip with us!! TYPICAL ITINERARY RECOMMEND FOR DIFFERENT DURATION TRIPS: • Golden Beach • Sunny Isles • Haulover sandbar • Oleta Park  • Indian Creek. WE DO ALLOW TIE UPS FOR LARGE GROUPS. PLEASE ASK AND HAVING 40 listings we can find the best options of boats leaving from same marina to MAXIMIZE time together with your group! (The whole point of a max party) instead of having diff departing marinas and in the end meeting one hour in and then everyone going there way. •⁠ ⁠Booking: Allin1rentals will collect both the boat and captain/crew costs when you reserve. (Captain/crew rate is not included in initial display price on product as by law they are paid separataly in a different transaction. That combined and total rate will be included at check out on the website)

•⁠ ⁠Captain Selection: This is a bareboat charter and by booking you agree to comply both to uscg and fwc law regulations. You will have to select your captain separately which is an straighforward process in which you will be given a list of options to choose from. There direct payment is handled via Allin1rentals for compliance.
