Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and share information when you use our platform.
This Privacy Policy explains how Allin1Rentals LLC ("Allin1Rentals," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit allin1rentals.com or contact us through our channels, including WhatsApp. By using the platform, you agree to the practices described below.
MARKETING ATTRIBUTION IDENTIFIERS
We collect click identifiers (including Google gclid, Meta fbclid, and utm_* parameters) when you arrive on allin1rentals.com from an ad or marketing campaign. These are used to measure which campaigns lead to bookings and inquiries. They are stored against your session and retained for up to 90 days.
SESSION TRACKING
We assign a randomly generated session identifier (UUID) stored in a first-party cookie and/or browser localStorage. This identifier lets us link page views, inquiries, and conversions across your visit. It does not by itself identify you.
TECHNICAL SIGNALS
For security, fraud prevention, and attribution accuracy, we process your IP address and browser user agent. These values are not stored in raw form: we apply a one-way HMAC hash before persistence, so the original values cannot be recovered from our records.
WHATSAPP AND MESSAGING EVENTS
When you contact us via WhatsApp (operated through our messaging provider, Wati), we receive server-to-server event notifications containing your phone number and message timestamps. We match these events to your prior browsing session — using the identifiers described above — so we can attribute the conversation to the correct campaign and respond in context.
SHARING CONVERSION DATA WITH ADVERTISING PLATFORMS
We share aggregated and event-level conversion data (e.g., that an inquiry or booking occurred, along with hashed identifiers and the original click ID) with Google Ads and Meta. This is used solely to measure ad performance and improve the relevance of advertising. We do not sell personal data.
YOUR CHOICES
You can opt out of marketing tracking at any time by clearing your browser cookies and localStorage or by contacting us. Essential session cookies required to operate the site cannot be disabled. We will introduce a full cookie preferences center alongside an upcoming consent management rollout.
