PLATFORM ROLE

Allin1Rentals LLC operates solely as an online technology platform that enables users to connect with independent third-party owners and operators ("Operators") for rental services. Allin1Rentals LLC does not own, lease, charter, manage, maintain, operate, or control any boats, vehicles, aircraft, equipment, or services listed on the platform.

INDEPENDENT OPERATOR STATUS

All rentals and services are provided by Operators acting as independent businesses. Each Operator is solely responsible for: licensing and regulatory compliance, insurance coverage, maintenance and condition of vessels or equipment, crew, captain, or driver employment, operational decisions, and passenger and participant safety. Use of the platform does not place operational responsibility on Allin1Rentals LLC, and no Operator acts under the operational control or direction of Allin1Rentals LLC.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

All activities involve inherent risks, including injury, death, property damage, and financial loss. By booking, you and all participants voluntarily assume all risks related to the rental or activity.

WAIVER & HOLD HARMLESS

You and all participants agree to release and hold harmless Allin1Rentals LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from all claims arising from: injury or death, property damage, financial loss, emotional distress, and Operator conduct or equipment issues. This applies regardless of cause, including negligence of Operators or third parties.

RENTAL AGREEMENT RELATIONSHIP

All rental agreements, charters, and service contracts are entered into solely between the User and the Operator. Allin1Rentals LLC is not a party to those operational agreements. Providing platform services, marketing exposure, communication tools, or payment processing does not constitute ownership, operation, management, or control of any rental.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Each Operator sets their own cancellation policies. Refunds are governed by the Operator's policy. Platform or service fees may be non-refundable.

DISPUTES

Allin1Rentals LLC is not responsible for disputes related to service quality, delays, cancellations, damages, or deposits. We may assist in good faith but are not obligated to resolve disputes.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree to: follow all laws and Operator instructions, avoid illegal or unsafe behavior, and be responsible for their guests. Users are financially responsible for damages, fines, violations, and losses.

PAYMENTS

Users authorize charges for rental fees, deposits, damages, overtime, and additional services.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and indemnify Allin1Rentals LLC from claims arising from your actions, participant actions, or violation of these Terms.

NO WARRANTIES

The platform is provided "AS IS." Allin1Rentals LLC makes no guarantees about availability, safety, quality, or accuracy of listings.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Allin1Rentals LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to platform use or rentals.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT

By booking or using the platform, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and all participants as a binding electronic agreement.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms represent the entire agreement between Users and Allin1Rentals LLC.
